This weekend training is eligible for CEC's from the Yoga Alliance.

These 3 sessions will be the perfect investment of time and energy, for brand new students, students with experience and teachers, who desire to learn about their unique needs on the yoga mat.  Expect to walk away with knowledge you can immediately apply to your yoga practice.

Through this weekend immersion, learn how to communicate with compassion, clarity and confidence, while offering and receiving hands-on assists.

Each session will bring clarity to the more technical aspects of yoga asana (postures), looking at the biomechanics (how the body works mechanically) and corrective, supportive and deepening assists for a wide range of postures. You will learn how to ‘read’ bodies and approach the science and art of assisting from a place of confidence.

Assists will adjust the alignment of a students’ posture and enhance the students’ understanding of each pose, allowing them to delve deeper into their yoga practice.

If you’re a teacher, this weekend immersion will give you yet another effective tool to add to your words and imagery as you layer appropriate, effective assists to your offerings.

There are no a la carte options.  Price includes all 3, 3 hour sessions.   Click here to register and reserve your spot.  Space is limited.

Sunday, July 21st 1:30-4:30 p.m.

Sunday's session will focus on empowering you to take your yoga practice to the next level.  You will learn how to 'iron out' the posture with 'deepening assists'.
