Join me for another 2-hour complimentary yoga clinic on the 'how-to' of yoga postures on Saturday, September 16th from 3:30- 5:30 p.m. at our Glenwood location.
We will go over some of the more challenging postures like wheel, binds, balances, and more. Bring your questions!
I'm only going to take 20 students so you need to register online. No drop-ins are available.
