New year 30-day transformation

Each week you will receive a 90-minute in-person class at the falls location, access to all of the recorded sessions, healthy menus and grocery lists, meditations, Hot Seat Coaching sessions by Hope, and more!

Your New Year 30-Day Transformation kicks off on Wednesday, January 3rd, 2024 from 6-7:30 p.m. at the Falls location.  Each Sunday you will receive weekly menus and grocery lists as well as journal prompts.  

On Mondays, you're invited to a live, virtual movement and meditation session.  You will have access to the recording of this session if you can't be in person. 

During the New Year 30-Day Transformation you will encounter challenges.  Reach out for check-in, support, and additional coaching through the private What's App group text. 

And, you'll have one private 45 min coaching session with Hope.  If you need additional private coaching, those sessions will be available for an extra charge. 

Cost for your New Year 30-Day Transformation: $500
