Through inspiring weekly meetings with other participants, adoption of personal yoga and meditation practices, dietary considerations, personal inquiry and deeply inspiring readings, you are given the tools to free yourself to return to the healthy life you want and need.
The most challenging aspect of the program will lay in your ability to release judgement and preconceived notions about yourself as these personal bocks are the walls that hold you back from becoming a more balanced, aware and empowered individual. Becoming aware of personal blocks is fundamentally what makes this program work so well. The program encourages you to reflect on aspects of your life that may be affecting you negatively and you're taught how to make appropriate changes.
To gain a deeper appreciation for the art of yoga, you're invited to find any little bit of spare time to commit to a daily yoga and meditation practice. You discover the power of 'quality vs. quantity' as you develop a relationship with your body and complete your practice at your own pace.
The catalyst of your personal evolution will be found in the moments when you want to quit and when frustrations speak louder than your drive and intention. Coming from a place of strength, confidence and compassion, you will learn how to address individual weaknesses that have the potential of breaking you down.

Price: $499 for in-person and $299 for Zoom. This program will be eligible for 18 hours of Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Credits.
