This cleanse program includes three group sessions. The first session will take place on Tuesday, January 5th from 7:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. We will be Zooming live from Gratitude's Falls location. This initial session is essential as we will cover details of the cleanse, what to buy at the grocery store and FAQ. You will have Wednesday and Thursday to prepare for your week-long whole food cleanse. The actual cleanse will begin Friday, January 8th.
The second session will be Sunday, January 10th at 3 p.m. This session is for moral support. Believe it or not, foods are the most powerful 'drugs' out there and when we begin to replace some of our poor choices with more positive nutritional choices, lot's of emotions get stirred up. When we all share our honest truthful experiences, we can all surmount douts and continue to the finish line, together.
The third session Will be Friday, January 15th and will focus on participant experiences, coming off the cleanse properly, and long-term diet changes. Most past cleansers have reported that making lasting changes is easier after they’ve been on the cleanse for 7 days. As the digestion and palate reboot, many cravings fall away.
"I've led cleanses for the community and teacher training programs at Inner Strength in the Boston area for more than a decade and worked closely with Roman for 15 years teaching and co-leading a variety of wellness-based programs. Since then, I've enjoyed staying in contact with Roman and the community of Gratitude in Raleigh, contributing to the Teacher Yoga Study program in 2019 and recently contributing to the 2020 leadership team and the Student and the Teacher yoga study groups. I currently reside in Los Angeles and just completed a graduate program in ancient yogic studies and Sanskrit. I look forward to coaching you through your whole food cleanse."
