If you're new to yoga and want to learn the foundations/basics or if you're an intermediate beginner wanting to refine your understanding, join us for Yoga Flow Foundations.
Each 60 min class will:
1. Teach you proper alignment in all the foundational postures
2. Show you how to tap your roots for better balance
3. Afford time for Q&A
4. Provide some demonstration and hands-on assists + more...
