RYT300 yoga instructor training

Dear students,


I am honored to offer you one of the most comprehensive yoga training available in the Raleigh, North Carolina area.  Here's the commitment we make to you:  Break through to a brand new you!  Experience being open mentally, physically, emotionally and  spiritually. Learn how to connect the dots to be able to live from this space off of the yoga mat!   


For those who've been through an RYT200, you will emerge with  a new level of competency, depth, and understanding.  Primarily, your personal practice will experience radical shifts.  It is about discovering new and profound ways to experience life and the potential for achieving what's most important to you!


At Gratitude, our RYT200 program and our RYT300 program are totally different from each other and can be taken individually or combined.  A student does not have to take the RYT200 before the RYT300.  Both programs prepare you for the yoga industry and or refine your skills as a teacher/practitioner. 


The RYT300 offers 4 additional weekend modules, totaling 12-weekend modules.  By nature of being 300 hours, it is simply a more comprehensive training. 


Combined, you will not only have the potential to be designated as an RYT500, but you will also have taken steps towards transforming your entire life through the lens of yoga


If you do teach, your yoga community and students will benefit from your profoundly expanded body of knowledge.  

Everything about your ability to teach a yoga class will elevate measurably.       


Participating in the RYT does not require that you currently teach or, have the desire to do so. What I will require, is 100% commitment to your own, unique intentions for participating.    


Some of what you can expect from us:


-Focused personal attention to expose the most authentic, powerful you ... which will directly translate into a natural expression of who you are, whether you decide to teach or not.  

-High level ways to teach yoga, and deeper level principles and proven processes on how to teach.

-The business side of yoga.

-The magic of music; how to effectively 'score' your yoga classes to deeply effect the students. 

-The science and art of assisting.

-A powerful understanding of the five “sheaths” or coverings, called 'koshas', that obscure the light of the Soul so you can master your inner and outer worlds and flourish at every level of your being. 

-Meditation, relaxation, restoration and release.

-Required readings.  These books will act as your foundation and life long reference for continued excellence in leadership on and off of your yoga mat.

-A commitment to helping you exceed your expectations of the program.
