And somewhere in the middle of it all, many people lose connection to the routines, practices, and inner grounding that help them feel most alive.
Rooted is a six-week transformational experience designed to help you reconnect...physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
Through meditation, movement, breathwork, yoga nidra, philosophy, nervous system regulation, and community, we’ll gather for 6-Wednesday nights to slow down, reconnect, and return to ourselves.
This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about remembering who you are underneath the noise.


We meet for 6-Wednesday nights from 6:00 p.m. -8:30 p.m. and will include:
Ground the nervous system, cultivate awareness, and reconnect to presence.
A guided physical practice aligned with the weekly transformational theme.
Deep integration practices designed to help restore the body and reconnect you to yourself.
Meaningful conversations, journaling, and shared human experience.
