A 6-week personal evolution experience

And somewhere in the middle of it all, many people lose connection to the routines, practices, and inner grounding that help them feel most alive.


Rooted is a six-week transformational experience designed to help you reconnect...physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.


Through meditation, movement, breathwork, yoga nidra, philosophy, nervous system regulation, and community, we’ll gather for 6-Wednesday nights to slow down, reconnect, and return to ourselves.


This isn’t about becoming someone new.


It’s about remembering who you are underneath the noise.

An Experience for All Levels

We meet for 6-Wednesday nights from 6:00 p.m. -8:30 p.m. and will include:


Meditation & Breathwork


Ground the nervous system, cultivate awareness, and reconnect to presence.


The Gratitude Way Practice


A guided physical practice aligned with the weekly transformational theme.


Yoga Nidra & Archetypal Journey


Deep integration practices designed to help restore the body and reconnect you to yourself.


Reflection & Community


Meaningful conversations, journaling, and shared human experience.

Week 4 — Core & Spine August 5th

Week 5 — Inversions & Release August 12th

Perspective. Surrender. Expansion.


Week 6 — Completion August 19th

Meaning. Contribution. Wholeness.

Roman is the founder of Gratitude Hot Yoga and creator of The Gratitude Way...a transformational approach that integrates movement, meditation, nervous system regulation, philosophy, emotional resilience, and community.

For more than twenty years, Roman has guided students, trained teachers, and built yoga communities centered around personal growth, embodiment, and human connection.

ROOTED is a culmination of that work:
