This unheated series is thoughtfully designed to help you build community with fellow expectant parents while preparing your mind and body for birth and the transition into parenthood.
Over six sessions, you'll explore supportive postures, breathing practices, and relaxation techniques to ease common pregnancy discomforts, enhance mobility, and help you feel confident and empowered as you approach labor and delivery.
All stages of pregnancy are welcome, with modifications and variations offered to meet each person's individual needs.
Come as you are — create space for your body, find connection, and nurture yourself throughout your pregnancy journey.
