At Gratitude Hot Yoga Center, heat is at the core of each class. Heat allows the body to open and improve the circulation of blood and oxygen as well as reducing stress on all of the systems.
The warm, nurturing tone of the room allows our joints to bend and move through a greater range of motion with less agitation. All classes will lengthen, strengthen and cleanse the physical body. Each class will empty the 'cup of the mind' leaving a sense of mental clarity and an uplifting sense of accomplishment emotionally.

SLOW FLOW and SLOW FLOW TO YIN
- Moderately paced and moderately heated designed to cultivate strength, flexibility, balance, and deep release within a gentle, continuous sequence of postures.
- Emphasis on alignment and are the recommended class for beginners to Gratitude, but they're for all students, both beginning and intermediate, eager to deepen their understanding and experience of yoga.
- Class may include music as part of the class experience

FLOW
- Heated into the 90-degree range
- Powerful, athletic, and ablaze with tempo
- Explore your physical, emotional, and mental limits
- Cultivates focus, curiosity, and compassion transforming our struggles into a source of self-knowledge
- Class may include music as part of the class experience
and may include hands-on assistance or adjustments to consenting students.
YIN
- Suitable for all levels
- Receive guidance on how to relax, find stillness, quiet the mind, and focus on the breath
- Props, such as bolsters, blocks, and straps are utilized
- The room will be comfortably warmed
