inferno hot pilates teacher training weekend.

July 25th - 27th with Lysa Wilkins from GHYSudbury, M.A. Here in Raleigh!

Gratitude Hot Yoga lis looking for passionate teachers to lead IHP classes!

Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP) is a training system that combines the Pilates principles with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and is performed in a heated room set to 95 degrees and 40 percent humidity. It's a full-body workout designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and improve overall health.  It's high-intensity, but low-impact, which helps protect the joints and muscles, and a perfect complement to your yoga practice at Gratitude.

What's the difference between a Pilates class and IHP?

Pilates principles sculpt your body, creating long, lean muscle mass. Inferno Hot Pilates is different in that the heat keeps your heart rate up, and since it's a HIIT-style workout, it helps to boost your metabolism, increase your cardiovascular/core strength and endurance while increasing flexibility, and circulation!

Gratitude Hot Yoga Raleigh is looking for passionate teachers to lead IHP classes!

If you're ready to lead, then this weekend training is for you!
