The holidays are upon us and as it goes every fall, It gets darker sooner, and temperatures start dropping.
The 'outlaws' will be coming to town and there will be lots to talk about, or argue about, surrounding the recent political developments.
Despite all that has gone on this fall, we can still find ways to bring joy to the season.
I've been taught that no matter how the past year went to approach the New Year on the most uplifting note.
This is why we're offering De-Stress your December!
So how does it work?
You've got 2 ways to De-Stress your December:
- From December 1st through the 30th, you’ll have one challenge/intention item to complete each day. These items are designed to make your life a little happier, healthier, and more intentional. If you’d prefer to complete the challenge items out of order or switch up a few of the dates, go for it! Wellness isn't one size fits all, and this challenge was created to make your life less stressful, not more so, do what will work for you!
- Between now and December 1st (you can 'jump in' at any time during December) you'll see the De-Stress your December chart at both of the studios. Simply set a goal of how many classes you feel will definitely De-Stress your December, write it down, and get to work!
Follow along on Facebook and Instagram and share your progress and insights. Tag Gratitude, your friends and teachers from the community and get a running start into wellness in 2025!
In January, come and celebrate with us as we gather and award prizes. Everyone who participates will be entered into win prizes!
