Evolution classes

The Student Yoga Study is an 8-weekend immersion that educates, inspires, and empowers students to step confidently into the role of the leader at Gratitude.

As the participants graduate, it's now time to evolve!

In this unique yoga class experience, up to 6 different graduates of the Student Yoga Study will take turns leading different phases of the yoga class bringing their unique voice, perspectives, and energy to the class.

Each class will be heated, and you can expect to flow and sweat and have an enjoyable yoga experience.

The Evolution classes are our gift to the community of Gratitude and Raleigh as a whole. Donations are welcome but not mandatory. Suggested donation: $5
